Program Overview
SARAL (Sarpanch Advanced Resourceful Active Learning) is an action-oriented Mini MBA program designed to empower elected village heads with competencies for transparent, accountable, and participatory governance. The program adapts Ministry of Panchayati Raj curricula and lessons from model villages like Hiware Bazar, Piplantri, and Ralegan Siddhi into micro-modules.
